James William Riley
President/CEO
Years of Experience – 17


Jim has a distinguished insurance background with over 17 years experience. During this time he has become a specialist in Native American Operations. Other areas of expertise include Manufacturing, Auto Dealerships, Construction and Employment Services. He is a premier agent in Southern California and is expanding nationwide thru a subsidiary, R.Garrison Strategic Risk Management. Working diligently for his clients has allowed him to be in the top 5% of agents in the country. Jim has been on the forefront in developing unique programs to meet the needs of his clients.

Sandra McGovern

Ms. McGovern began her career in insurance 30 years ago as an underwriter for a major insurance company. After relocating to a new area, she joined an insurance brokerage as an Account Executive and has continued her career including management at several agencies in California and Florida.

Kari Roedel
Vice President Benefits
Years of Experience - 14


Kari provides employee benefits consulting and brokerage services for clients. She specializes in insurance carrier operations and employee benefits administration. Previously, Kari has worked as a case manager for top insurance carriers and also has a clinical background as an Occupational Therapist, which allows her to deal directly with carriers as well as health providers. Kari is able to design specialized benefit packages for both fully insured and self insured programs. Additionally, Kari has directed health fairs and provides her clients access to the healthcare world.

“My objective is to use my expertise to help our clients with their employee benefits needs and assist them in managing those needs. I enjoy working directly with my accounts and want them to feel they have made great decisions.”
